What an amazing staff Heat’n Sweep has.  In an industry of push the customer’s through to make the buck, they have show how to shine through service.  They helped us with kindness and compassion through a very difficult time, after last year’s ice storm destroyed part of our home.  Every time we walked into their store, we felt like the most important people in their day.  It is amazing to see good old-fashioned  customer service really does exist for some businesses still.  They are knowledgeable, patient and kind.  Thank you Kathy and the staff at Heat’n Sweep for taking care of us!
