The biggest surprise, the gift package, felt like Christmas, birthday and weddings all wrapped in one.  It’s so nice to see businesses appreciate their customers.  So many thanks.

Everyone involved was knowledgeable and courteous.  The men removing old insert did a very good job. Jimmie did an excellent job installing the new unit.  Recommend you keep them all.  Thanks for the gift!
