For Winter Storage, all aluminum furniture should be stored in an upright position to allow for proper water drainage.  Factory drilled holes in the bottom of the furniture frames serve as a drainage system.  If the furniture is placed upside down, it will not allow water to drain.  This can cause freeze damage such as splitting or rupture, which is not covered by warranty.

Wrought iron frames should be washed with an automotive type soap and thoroughly rinsed. It is recommended that at least twice a year, you wax your frames with an automotive type wash/wax, preferably one with the wash and wax combined. Please follow the directions from the wax manufacturer. The frames should be rinsed again thoroughly to remove any residue.

It is strongly recommended that before waxing the frames, the frames should be inspected for chips in the finish, which may occur under normal usage. Any chips or scratches can be easily repaired by following the instructions on the back of a can of touch-up paint. Simple maintenance will ensure a lifetime of problem-free usage.

Periodic cleaning of our steel frames is recommended. Simply wash with mild soap and rinse thoroughly. Please do not use abrasive materials or strong detergents. NOTE: DO NOT USE WAXES ON TEXTURED FRAME FINISHES. If by chance you get a scratch in the finish, take a little bit of steel wool over the rust spot, then use some touch-up paint on the same spot.
