I just want to send a note that we are so happy that we purchased our spa and had it delivered when we did! We have not missed a day enjoying soaking in it! The spa boy makes care of it really so easy!!! Corey is a physician in the ICU and he, like other healthcare workers, is under incredible emotional and physical stress right now. This has been such a gift for our entire family to enjoy as we will be home, under self-quarantine for the foreseeable future because of his exposure. We hold all of you and other businesses in our prayers as we realize that our entire community is carrying so much additional stress and the burdens of uncertainty. Sending you much gratitude and many wishes for continued health!

We just made our 3rd purchase – a beautiful fire table.  Kathy assisted and was very knowledgeable, and always so helpful.  H & S has stood behind their products for us, on our gas fireplace insert and hot tub.  They are truly a company that we have been happy to purchase quality products from.

The biggest surprise, the gift package, felt like Christmas, birthday and weddings all wrapped in one.  It’s so nice to see businesses appreciate their customers.  So many thanks.

Our salesperson, Kathy, was an adept listener to customer needs and desires, giving us time to weigh pros and cons without using high pressure tactics.  Delivery men, Jimi and John, were so personable as well as efficient at getting things set up to the customer’s satisfaction.

Heat’n Sweep is an amazing store!  Sandy, our first sales person, was so energetic, sweet and helpful.  Sherri, Cory and everyone else was equally great!

From the moment we walked into the store, until the installation team left our home, the service was nothing but A+.  Thank you, job well done.

What an amazing staff Heat’n Sweep has.  In an industry of push the customer’s through to make the buck, they have show how to shine through service.  They helped us with kindness and compassion through a very difficult time, after last year’s ice storm destroyed part of our home.  Every time we walked into their store, we felt like the most important people in their day.  It is amazing to see good old-fashioned  customer service really does exist for some businesses still.  They are knowledgeable, patient and kind.  Thank you Kathy and the staff at Heat’n Sweep for taking care of us!
